We think it’s unlikely you’ll change your mind about owning your Climate Dice but, if you do, you have 30 days in which to return them.
All we ask is that you return your Climate Dice in the original packaging in resaleable condition for a full refund.

You are responsible for paying the return postage, and we recommend you use recorded delivery with insurance rather than ‘proof of posting’ which is not a proof of receipt. We’ll do our best to process your refund as soon as we can, but remember we are a small company!
Very occasionally goods get damaged in transit or are faulty. If this happens, we will, of course, refund at no cost to you. Just contact us by email: info@climatedice.com
If you’re not happy with your Climate Dice for any reason, please let us know and give us the opportunity to put things right. We are committed to good service and pride ourselves on good relationships with our customers, so we want to keep it that way.

If we have not despatched your Climate Dice we’ll happily cancel the order, but if we let you know they are already on their way, please follow the instructions above for returning.
